EXHIBITORS’ ARRIVAL

Exhibitors can arrive the day before between 16:30 and 19:00.

Or the morning of the event between 05:30 and 06:45.

The gate closes at 07:00.

In both cases: installation of the vehicle on the stand without any unloading of goods.

Attention:
no more vehicles will be allowed to enter the exhibition after 07:00.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 security inspection.
No one in the exhibition.

Before 08:00 two waiting areas at the North and South entrance.

Doors open at 08:00; exhibitors and visitors enter at the same time. Start of unpacking.
