for our trade fairs |
Every
exhibitor has to accept the rules stipulated in this document
and in the terms and conditions of our trade fairs, which can
be obtained on written demand at our office in Manduel. We do
not accept any copies or reproductions on our trade fairs. The
exhibitors accept to adopt certain rules of behaviour to make
sure that the exhibition passes without incident. Anyone who does
not accept these rules risks to be excluded immediately from the
exhibition.
If necessary, stalls can be modified by the organization without
previous information for the exhibitors concerned by this modifications.
Unpacking begins at 8 a.m. sharp when a signal will sound to guarantee
that the conditions for selling and buying are the same for everybody.
Exterior and "Terrasse Marchande" (at Montpellier) :
Vehicles are allowed to enter the evening before the exhibition
between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. and the morning of the exhibition
between 5.00 a.m. and 6.30 a.m. The only person allowed to stay
in the vehicle to park it on the stall is the driver.
Interior : Vehicles are allowed to enter the evening before the
exhibition between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. and the morning of

driver. Exhibitors unpacking at the interior need to have for
every vehicle :
- An unexpired ABC 6 kg dry powder
fire extinguisher with test certificate and ready to be used immediately
- A fuel tank equipped with a lockable
cap.
- For our exhibition ion Lille :
the battery terminals have to be shielded in such a way to render
them inaccessible.
LPG vehicles are forbidden at the interior.
Vehicles must be locked. It is forbidden to take out any goods
before 8.00 a.m. the day of unpacking.
The driver must return to the exit after having parked his vehicle
on the stall. Nobody is allowed to re-renter before the beginning
of the trade fair at 8.00 a.m.
Every stall not occupied by the exhibitor at 6.30 a.m. the day
of unpacking is considered to be empty and the organization can
rent it to somebody else. In this case, the exhibitor will not
get his money back
Only demands accompanied by a payment will be taken into consideration.
The organization has the right to accept or to refuse any demand
without explaining the reasons.
Exhibitors who pay with foreign cheques will have to pay the bank
fees caused by these cheques.
No-
show or annulations - In case of annulations less than
two weeks before the exhibition, the price of the stall has to
be paid entirely; in case of annulations more than two weeks before
the exhibition, 50% of the price has to be paid; the amount of
this payment is at least 90 €. The exhibitor may subscribe,
on his own initiative, an assurance covering the risks of non-participation
caused by health problems, weather conditions, accidents
Exhibitors have to use their stalls without encroaching outside
the allotted area on the alleys or the neighbouring stalls with
their vehicle or their goods. The coloured entry permit with the
number of the stall on it has to be put on the vehicle at a place
where it can be seen from the alley.
Wrong declarations concerning the description or the loading space
of the vehicles used for the exhibition - non-conformity with
the reservation form or the table of volumes admitted on the stalls
- will lead to the exclusion of the exhibitor and the loss of
the amount he has paid for reservation.
Stalls have to be used only by the person who signed this reservation
form. It is forbidden to sublet the stall or to share it with
somebody else.
It is forbidden to put anything on the walls. All damage caused
eventually to the exhibition area or to its technical facilities
has to be repaired by the exhibitor.
In
case of accidents or any other event which causes damages at the
installations of the exhibition area, the person who is renting
the stall is responsible and has to take on the juridical or financial
consequences.
No goods belonging to an exhibitor or any other trader have to
be entered from the outside of the exhibition area before or during
the fair. The exhibitors have to prove the provenience of any
of the articles sold, for example by the inscription on a police
list (if it is a private person who has sold the article), an
invoice of an antiques dealer or an auction room.
The seller is responsible for the goods which have been sold on
our trade fair until the moment when they are picked up by the
purchaser, his duly appointed agent or his carrier (exchange of
the articles against a receipt proving that they have been taken).
Attention : It is forbidden - without any exception - to drive
vehicles inside the exhibition area during the opening hours.
Anybody who does not respect this rule can be expulsed and has
to face further persecution.
Every exhibitor, when he is reserving a stall, has to read and
respect the terms and conditions accompanying the coloured entry
permit and the invoice which he will receive before the exhibition.
Every vehicle has to be controlled to make sure that it does not
represent any danger for the persons and goods on the exhibition
area (for vehicles older than 4 years the documents of the last
technical check-up have to be available).
Every exhibitor has to show, before taking reservation, a written
professional proof of less than three months.
Every exhibitor undertakes to be covered by a vehicle insurance
for the vehicle he is using during the exhibition area and a valid
professional civil liability insurance. The organization may require
these papers during the exhibition.
The reservation form has to be signed and sent to our office.
If the rent for the stall has been paid, but we do not have any
reservation form with his signature, the exhibitor accepts automatically
the rules of this regulation form.
